My ventilation has stopped working, what should I do?
First check the power supply (circuit breaker, control switch) and the condition of the filters. If the fan still won't run, contact us: a motor, capacitor or circuit board may be the cause.
Why is my ventilation noisy?
Unusual noise can come from a dirty or worn fan, a loose or crushed duct, or clogged filters that make the motor strain. A diagnosis identifies the source.
I have damp despite my ventilation, is that normal?
No. Condensation and mould often point to insufficient airflow: dirty filters or valves, a disconnected duct, a weakened fan or blocked air inlets. We measure the airflows to find the cause.
