Why install air conditioning?
Brussels summers are getting hotter. Properly installed air conditioning gives you:
- optimal comfort all year round (reversible models also heat);
- filtered, less humid air;
- better sleep and better working conditions;
- added value for your property.
The systems we install
- Single split: one indoor unit connected to an outdoor unit, ideal for one room.
- Multi-split: several indoor units on a single outdoor unit.
- Ducted: invisible, air is distributed through grilles in the suspended ceiling.
- Cassette, floor console, ceiling-suspended: depending on the layout of your premises.

What an installation includes
- Fitting the brackets, the outdoor unit and the indoor units
- Drilling and routing the refrigerant and electrical lines
- Condensate drainage
- Vacuum and leak test of the circuit
- Commissioning, tests and an explanation of how to use the system
Where should the outdoor unit go?
On a wall bracket, on a flat roof, on a balcony or on the ground in the garden: the location depends on your building. We take into account noise for the neighbours, co-ownership rules and access for maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an installation take?
A standard single-split installation usually takes one day. A multi-split or commercial project may take several days.
What capacity should I choose?
Capacity depends on floor area, insulation, orientation and how the room is used. We calculate it during the technical visit.
Does air conditioning use a lot of electricity?
Modern units are very efficient. Correctly sized and maintained, a reversible air conditioner uses little energy for the comfort it provides.
Where does the outdoor unit go?
On a façade, flat roof, balcony or on the ground, taking into account noise for neighbours, access for maintenance and your municipality or building rules. We advise on the best location during the visit.
Do walls need to be drilled?
Yes, a hole of about 6 to 8 cm is needed to run the refrigerant pipes, cable and condensate drain between the indoor and outdoor units. The pipes can be hidden in a neat trunking.
Can a reversible air conditioner heat the whole house?
Yes, a reversible air conditioner (air-to-air heat pump) is a full heating system, not just a backup, provided it is correctly sized for the insulation and the volume to heat. Recent models keep heating in cold weather; we check the chosen unit's performance at the temperatures in your area.
