How does your air conditioning project work?

  1. Your request: by phone, WhatsApp or through the form, tell us which rooms you want to air-condition and what you expect: cooling in summer, heating in spring and autumn, or both.

  2. The survey: from photos for a simple project, or during a visit for a larger one, we look at the rooms, the possible location of the outdoor unit and the route of the pipework.

  3. The quote: you receive a detailed proposal with the recommended equipment and the planned work, free and with no obligation.

  4. The installation: fitting the indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant and electrical connections, condensate drainage.

  5. Commissioning: vacuum, leak test, functional checks, then an explanation of how to use the remote control and clean the filters.

  6. Follow-up: regular maintenance and repairs on all brands when needed.

What we look at before advising you

  • Room size and use: a bedroom, living room or office do not need the same capacity.
  • Orientation and glazing: a south-facing room, a room under the roof or one with lots of glass heats up more in summer.
  • Outdoor unit location: façade, roof, balcony or garden, taking into account noise for the neighbours and the rules of the co-ownership.
  • Pipework route between the units, for a neat and as discreet as possible installation.
  • Condensate drainage: by gravity where possible, otherwise with a small condensate pump.
  • Cooling only or heating too: a reversible air conditioner can provide supplementary heating in spring and autumn.

Which type of air conditioning should I choose for a house?

For one or two rooms, a wall-mounted single split is often enough. For several rooms, a multi-split connects several indoor units to a single outdoor unit. We advise you after a technical visit.

Can air conditioning also heat?

Yes. Reversible air conditioners work as an air-to-air heat pump and heat efficiently in spring, autumn and winter.

Do I need a permit to install air conditioning in Brussels?
