Frost on the outdoor unit: normal or not?
In winter it is normal for the outdoor unit to frost over and then run a defrost cycle: it may give off steam and stop for a few minutes. However, a block of ice that persists or a unit that does not restart after defrosting needs attention.

My heat pump has stopped heating, what should I do?
First check the power supply, the thermostat programming and, for an air-to-water heat pump, the heating circuit pressure. If the problem persists or an error code appears, write it down and contact us.
My outdoor unit is covered in frost, is that normal?
A little frost in winter is normal: the heat pump regularly runs defrost cycles. If the unit stays encased in ice or no longer defrosts, it needs attention.
My heat pump is making an unusual noise, is it serious?
A new noise (clicking, vibration, whistling) may come from a fan, a mounting or the compressor. It is best to have it checked quickly to avoid a bigger breakdown.
Do you repair all brands?
