Frequently asked questions
What should I do while waiting for the technician?
Keep the doors closed as much as possible, monitor the temperature and, if needed, move sensitive products to other refrigeration equipment.
My cold room ices up a lot. Is that normal?
Heavy icing often points to a problem with defrosting, a door seal or the refrigerant. Have it checked quickly.
What are the most common faults?
Refrigerant leaks, a failed fan or compressor, an iced-up evaporator, a faulty thermostat or sensor, or a worn door seal. An on-site diagnosis identifies the cause.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes, we repair most brands of cold rooms, refrigerated cabinets, display counters and refrigeration units.
How can breakdowns be avoided?
Regular preventive maintenance, clean condensers, door seals in good condition and a properly closed door greatly reduce the risk of breakdown.
