Tailored maintenance contract

There is no standard plan: the contract is tailored to your installation (type and number of units, capacity, use). We will send you a suitable proposal on request. In the event of a breakdown, see our repair service.

How often?

One service a year suits most residential installations. Intensive use, in a shop, restaurant or server room for example, calls for more frequent visits. Depending on the refrigerant charge, the regulations also require periodic leak checks.

Between services

  • Clean the indoor unit filters regularly.
  • Keep the outdoor unit clear of leaves, plants or stored objects.
  • Check that condensate water drains properly.
  • Tell us about any unusual noise, smell or drop in performance.

Where we work

We cover the whole Brussels region, as well as Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call and we will let you know.

Frequently asked questions

How often should air conditioning be serviced?

We recommend servicing at least once a year, ideally before summer. Heavily used commercial systems may need more frequent visits.

Is maintenance mandatory?

Depending on the system's capacity and the amount of refrigerant, periodic checks may be required by regional and European regulations. We explain your obligations and provide the certificate.

What does a service include?

Cleaning the filters and indoor unit, checking the outdoor unit, checking pressures and leak tightness, checking the condensate drain and a functional test.

Can I clean the filters myself?

Yes, and it is recommended every few weeks during the season: vacuuming or rinsing with lukewarm water is enough. The annual service by an engineer is still needed for the rest of the system.

What are the signs that a service is due?

An unpleasant smell, weaker airflow, less effective cooling, dripping water or higher energy use are all signs that the unit should be checked.
