Air conditioning in a Brussels home
- In a flat or co-owned building: approval from the general meeting and the co-ownership rules are often needed to fit an outdoor unit.
- In a terraced house: the outdoor unit is best placed at the back, on a flat roof or on a balcony rather than on the street front.
- When space is tight: a multi-split system connects several indoor units to a single outdoor unit.
- In a dense neighbourhood: we choose the location with noise for the neighbours in mind.
Refrigeration for shops and hospitality
In Brussels shops and restaurants, space and access are often limited. We look at the location of the condensing unit and the pipe route with you before installing a cold room or refrigerated cabinet.
Grants in Brussels
For some work, such as installing a heat pump, regional grants may be available. The conditions change: check the Renolution website (in French or Dutch) before starting your project.
We also work in Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant.
