Why maintain your refrigeration equipment?
- Reduce the risk of breakdowns and stock losses.

- Extend the life of your installations.
Between visits
- Clean the door seals regularly.
- Do not store anything in front of the condensing unit or against the evaporator.

Frequently asked questions
How often should a refrigeration system be serviced?
At least once a year. Heavily used systems, or those subject to statutory leak checks, may need more frequent visits.
What does a service contract include?
Scheduled preventive visits, statutory checks, a service report. The exact content is tailored to your installation.
Are leak checks mandatory?
Yes, above certain refrigerant thresholds (expressed in tonnes of CO₂ equivalent), the EU F-gas Regulation requires periodic leak checks. Their frequency depends on the charge of the installation.
What is checked during a service?
Cleaning of condensers and evaporators, checking pressures and temperatures, leak detection, and inspection of fans, defrost cycles, door seals and safety devices.
Do I receive a certificate after the service?
Yes, every visit is recorded and the installation logbook is kept up to date, as required by the regulations.
